Go Digit General Insurance has introduced three new plans under the Digit Health Insurance policy.
The Digit Double Wallet Plan, Digit Infinity Wallet Plan and Digit Worldwide Treatment Plan aim to meet Indians’ post-pandemic insurance needs, the company said in a statement.
The Digit Infinity wallet plan will help manage rising medical costs by offering customers the option of unlimited replacement coverage. The Digit Double Wallet Plan gives policyholders the option of a double backup sum insured, Go Digit said.
The Digit Worldwide Treatment Plan gives people the freedom to seek treatment anywhere in the world, including India.
Under the Infinity Wallet and Worldwide Treatment plan, policyholders can earn 50% of the sum insured as a cumulative bonus for each claim-free year, up to a maximum of 100% of the sum insured, the company said.
All three plans have no ceiling on room rental or type and ICU. Plans start at ₹628/month.
“With these plans, we hope to improve health insurance penetration in India as people are no longer limited as to where and how they want to be treated,” said Vivek Chaturvedi, CMO and Head of Direct Sales.
