Ferrari is a brand name that defines two aspects of the automotive world. First, the cars have the ability to make the strongest people weak with their looks, and second, they can drive fast. So fast that it takes physical and mental training to master these four wheels at such speeds. In fact, when things go wrong when cars go fast, the results can be disastrous. We recently came across a video on Wealth’s Instagram account. The clip shows two tourists losing control of Ferraris and ending up wreaking havoc.
The clip shows tourists crashing the supercars into a house wall. Cars fly up in the air and eventually land in a house, breaching the outer walls. Speaking of cars, these were Ferrari F12 and Ferrari 296 GTB. The incident happened in Italy, it could be rental cars.
The Ferrari F12 was in production until 2017 and was sold with a 6.3-liter V12 power plant. The engine can deliver a peak power of 740 hp and a maximum torque of 690 Nm. The F12’s transmission in use was a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. The F12 went from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds, while it was able to hit the 200 km/h mark in 8.5 seconds. The top speed is also 340 km/h.

The Ferrari 296 GTB, on the other hand, is powered by a smaller 6-cylinder engine. However, Ferrari claims it can still deliver the V12 experience. The 296 GTB also uses an electric motor to deliver a total output of 830 hp and can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 330 km/h. Well, with the above details, it’s easy to understand that high-performance cars need to be treated with care and, of course, experience. The force of the impact was so great that one of the cars caught fire. However, the tourists were able to get out of the cars safely.
